{"id":1792,"date":"2015-05-24T16:26:27","date_gmt":"2015-05-24T20:26:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mistylanefarm.com\/?p=1792"},"modified":"2018-12-26T11:17:33","modified_gmt":"2018-12-26T16:17:33","slug":"lamb-sloppy-joes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mistylanefarm.com\/?p=1792","title":{"rendered":"Lamb Sloppy Joes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"postcontent\">\n<p>I don\u2019t actually measure, this is my best guess and I season to taste:<\/p>\n<p>2 pounds ground lamb<br \/>\n1 onion, diced<br \/>\n2 teaspoons dried dill<br \/>\n1 tablespoon cumin<br \/>\n1 tablespoon granulated garlic powder<br \/>\n2\/3 cup ketchup<br \/>\n6 splashes Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n2 tablespoons brown sugar<br \/>\nadd water if needed<\/p>\n<p>Cook finely ground lamb and diced onion until lamb is brown and onion starting to turn translucent. Add dill, cumin, garlic powder, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Stir frequently as it cooks down. Add brown sugar and stir. Add water if needed. Taste, sometimes I add a bit more cumin, garlic powder and\/or dill.
