We often get asked if we carry gyro meat, which we don&#8217;t. However gyro\u00a0meat is easy to make at home and is similar to making meat loaf! <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/recipes\/alton-brown\/gyro-meat-with-tzatziki-sauce-recipe-2047710\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/recipes\/alton-brown\/gyro-meat-with-tzatziki-sauce-recipe-2047710\"><strong>Here is a recipe that uses 100% ground lamb<\/strong><\/a>, or alternatively <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.allrecipes.com\/recipe\/173420\/traditional-gyro-meat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/www.allrecipes.com\/recipe\/173420\/traditional-gyro-meat\/\">here is a recipe\u00a0for the version of gyro\u00a0meat most often sold is the U.S.<\/a><\/strong>, which uses one pound of ground lamb and one pound of ground beef.
