From tender French cut chops (also called lamb lollipops) to hearty loin chops, shoulder steaks, and ground lamb, we have just the right cuts for every grill master. Each cut is individually frozen and vacuum-sealed, ready to cook and easy to store. Our grass- and corn-fed Katahdin lamb is mild, tender, and always full of rich, savory flavor.
French cut chops are perfect for quick searing and look as impressive as they taste—ideal for an appetizer platter or plated entrée. Loin chops and shoulder steaks are grill-ready and easy to season, pairing beautifully with simple marinades or classic rubs. All lamb cuts are available frozen, directly from Misty Lane Farm. Pickup can be arranged at the farm or delivery with advance notice, if you’re within a 30 minute radius of our farm.
