Grass-fed Cuts include: Blade Chops, Bone-In Leg of Lamb, Ground Lamb, Loin Chops, Rib Chops, Ribs, Shanks, Shoulder Steaks, and a Whole Roaster.
Corn & Grass-fed Cuts include: Blade Chops, Boneless Leg of Lamb, French Rack, Loin Chops, Ribs, and Shoulder Steaks.
We also have Organ Meats including: Lamb Liver or Hearts
USDA Processing, Delivery & Shipping Information
Our lamb is processed by in a small facility, USDA inspected, labeled for resale, and stored in an on-farm freezer. Our locked on-farm storage area is inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development. In addition, we have a data logger to ensure our lamb is stored at the optimum frozen temperatures year round.
We are centrally located in mid-michigan and deliver to areas in and surrounding Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Jackson. We frequently go through Stockbridge, Chelsea, Leslie, Dansiville, Mason, and Eaton Rapids. Our plan is to schedule monthly deliveries to Grand Rapids, Mt. Pleasant, Big Rapids, and areas further north. We have an $8.00 delivery fee, unless you happen to be able to pick it up from us at work. Yes, we still have day jobs!
Also, we are willing to give shipping a try, if you’re willing to pay for it! It can be a bit pricey. However, it is well worth it for many people to know where and how their meat is raised. Shipping information is available on when you checkout.
